Introduction: 

1.XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adopts Germanic high technology, pressing high crude fiber

 biomass waste into good pellets. which is specially  fit for biomass sawdust ,wheat straw, rice 

straw, rice husk , Coconut shell, palm fiber and palm shell ,  hard wood ect . besides, it is also 

fit for fertilizer materials animal poultry manure , plant waste ect. pellet diameter :2-8mm.length  can be adjusted . 

2. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adopts both common ring die pellet machine  and flat die 

pellet machine advantages ,rollers moving, die stable, producing much larger pressure 

between rollers and die , which can press very low adhesion biomass waste  into good quality 

pellets . 

3. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine can adjust pressure between rollers and die automatically to

 fit for different materials pressure ration , when adjust  to a fit date, the pressure will be stable 

and not loose. no need to adjust again. very easy to operate 

4.By customers full pellet production line trail experiment , we have big confidence that the

 XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine good working efficiency , it contains full automatically lubricate

 oil system , which can lubricate spare parts- rollers, shaft ,gears, bearings automatically each

 two months , no need to add any oil within two months , but other common supplier pellet 

making machines  needs to add oil each four hours, very hard to operate. 

5. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine adopts flat die pellet machine  vertical feeding materials

 advantage , which can feed materials vertically directly and fast into pelletizing room , but 

common ring die pellet machine only can feed materials from machine side --feeding type is very  slow and not even. 

6. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine has one ring die with two--layers  inside --top layer and bottom  layer .rollers are horizontal type , when it works , rollers will move ,toughing  with ring die bottom layer in a horizontal level , ring die stable . in this way ,by rollers moving ,

the top layer die will rebound the splashed materials into bottom pressing room , increase 

capacity ,making pressing pellet process going on evenly . but common ring die is vertical type, 

touching with roller assemble in a vertical type , this type can not produce large pressure. 

7. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine ring die has two layers , when it works, only bottom die layer 

works , so when bottom layer is broken , turn over it and making top layer to bottom, then it can

work again . So one die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer hole can be different,

one die can press two different diameter pellets . in China, no other supplier can reach our 

technical.

8. XGJ Centrifugal pellet machine works connect with  air fan and dust filter , which can clean 

dust during pelletizing process and cool  spare parts heat when pressing pellets, on the other

 hand, it can cool pellet mill inner spare parts hot temperature , increasing spare parts life .
